●  All visitors must sign a WAIVER OF LIABILITY upon arrival to property regardless if riding, handling or just visiting/observing.

●  Wear proper attire! Closed toe shoes are required on the property. Shoes or boots with a heel and long pants are recommended when riding. 

● Helmets are required by all persons under age 18 (and recommended for all riders) while riding anywhere on property.

● If your horse poops, pick it up! 

● Do not feed (including treats) or handle any animal that you do not own without consent from that animals owner. 

● No outside dogs are allowed on property, unless prior approval is given.

● Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.
